At Bison Products, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
