A: Due to the size and weight of the heavy-duty steel frame, your shelter will be delivered via a secure pallet freight network. This is a curbside delivery, so please ensure someone is available on the day of delivery to receive and sign for the pallet.
Q: Can I change my delivery address or finish colour after ordering?
A: Yes, but please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, your shelter enters our active fabrication and steel-cutting schedule, and changes or cancellations may incur a materials fee.

Q: Is the shelter difficult to assemble?
A: The shelter is designed for straightforward self-assembly. However, because mild steel is heavy, installation requires a minimum of two capable adults. You will need basic DIY skills, a power drill, a spirit level, and a 10mm Allen key.
Q: Are the wall fixings included in the box?
A: We supply all the bolts and fixings required to assemble the shelter itself. However, we only supply wall anchors. Because customers mount these to varying surfaces (solid brick, concrete, or timber), you will need to purchase fixings for any other surface specifically rated for your wall type and the weight of the steel structure.
Q: What type of wall can I mount this to?
A: We strongly recommend mounting the shelter to solid structural walls, such as brick or concrete. If you are unsure about the structural integrity of your wall, please consult a local builder or tradesperson before installation.

A: Our shelters are built to withstand harsh UK weather. If you choose the Galvanised Silver option, the steel is chemically treated to be highly rust-resistant. Our Powder-Coated options feature a baked-on protective paint layer over the mild steel to prevent corrosion. Note: If a powder-coated surface is deeply scratched down to the bare metal, it should be touched up with exterior metal paint to prevent localized rusting.
Q: How strong is the clear roof?
A: Very strong. We use impact-resistant polycarbonate sheets, which are vastly tougher than traditional glass and completely shatterproof. They also feature a UV-protective coating to prevent yellowing and protect whatever is stored underneath from sun damage. But Please DO NOT STAND on the roof, it will NOT take the weight of a person.
Q: How do I clean and maintain the shelter?
A: Simply wash the polycarbonate roof and steel frame with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. Do not use abrasive brushes or harsh chemical solvents, as these can damage the UV coating on the roof and the powder-coated finish on the steel.
